- En una vasija se revuelve la taza de crema y una y media taza de queso rallado y el huevo se revuelve bien y se le agrega a el pollo y la pulpa ya que está bien revuelto ya está listo para rellenar los chayotes



- Se ponen los chayotes en un refractario con un poquito de aceite para que no se peguen y los rellenas ya rellenos se les pone el resto del queso rallado encima para gratinarlos se hornean a 400°F grados de 25 a 30 minutos o hasta que queden bien gratinados se sirven con arroz blanco o ensalada de códitos.
