Además es una tradición para los Católicos que la preparen unos días antes de Cuaresma, porque mucha gente hace “ ayunos ” y en los tiempos de nuestros ancestros, esto lo utilizaban como energía por las mañanas , ya fuera atole caliente, agua fresca o... como golosina. En lugar de alimento, y al punto de las 12:00 md comían su platillo fuerte, y por la noche otra vez solo su pinole en cualquier presentación. Y esto era un sacrificio que le ofrecían a Dios por todo lo que él sufrió por todos nosotros en su calvario. Y es SÚPER NUTRITIVO!! Gracias!!! Moler hasta pulverizar el maíz. O si tú tienes un molino manual sería maravilloso.!!Vaciar en un recipiente y agregar el azúcar.


- Después mover hasta integrar bien las dos cosas. Y provarle qué esté bien de azúcar. Con este delicioso PINOLE PUEDES PREPARAR AGUA FRESCA, bebida caliente como Champurrado, comértelo como golosina, o energético de Cuaresma cuando hayunes. Tiene propiedades de diurético, fibra contra el estreñimiento e ingiriendo el PINOLE previenes o eliminas el riesgo de ANEMIA... así que...te lo súper recomiendo. !!!
