  11. Se amasa la masa con la papa licuada, y con la misma agua del pollo se le va dando el punto, ni muy dura, ni muy suave
  12. Se cocina la masa y se condimenta (Ajinomoto, sal, ajo en polvo, manteca/aceite), se mantiene moviendo p que no se pegue, ni queme, y mantener la textura agregando agua del pollo según sea necesario. Cuando la cuchara corta la masa, está en su punto, y se debe quitar de la cocina.
  13. Dejar enfriar la masa
  14. Con la hoja doble, se pone la masa, arroz, zanahoria, vainica, chile, pollo y se cierra. Cada 2 tamales, se colocan contrarios a donde cerraron las hojas y se amarran, haciendo una piña (2 tamales)
  15. Cuando están todos se ponen en una olla cubiertos de agua hasta hervir. Se dejan hirviendo por 10 minutos. Están listos
  16. Se dejan enfriar
  17. Se refrigeran
