  5. Engrasamos con mantequilla un molde rectangular y lo espolvoreamos con el resto de la harina que nos ha sobrado. Vertemos la masa en el molde y horneamos unos 45 minutos a 180ºC. Retiramos y dejamos enfriar.
  6. Lo desmoldamos y espolvoreamos con azúcar glas. Servimos cortado en rebanadas.
